Mission
4UA Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Ukraine’s recovery by leveraging Israeli and international best practices and technological solutions.
With a focus on transparency, accountability, and collaboration, we seek to engage Jewish communities worldwide, along with other stakeholders, to secure financial support, donations, and partnerships for funding and sustaining its initiatives. By partnering with Ukrainian authorities and identifying specific needs, J4UA aims to deliver tailor-made solutions and cutting-edge technologies in key areas such as health, water management and agriculture, housing and infrastructure, innovations, security and resilience and demining.
J4UA Charitable Foundation offers a unique opportunity to promote Israel’s image as a startup nation and support job creation within Israel, while supporting Ukraine’s recovery.

Andrii Zaika
Founder
Andrii Zaika is the President of the Jewish National Fund (JNF) in Ukraine and a successful entrepreneur with years of experience in various industries.
After graduating from the University of Kyiv, he began his career as a manager with an international real estate agency.
In the 1990s, Andrii Zaika ventured into his own business and successfully developed a number of businesses in real estate, infrastructure, medical services, and finance, both as an investor and manager.
His professional experience also includes advising state institutions and serving as the Head of the Ukrainian State Environmental Inspectorate.
Despite the ongoing full-scale invasion, Andrii Zaika and his family have remained in Kyiv. Throughout this period, he has actively contributed to the Ukrainian Army, humanitarian needs, and the Ukrainian Jewish community through extensive donations from his business entities and himself.
